3. Donations, Payments & Financial Transactions

3.1 Third-Party Payment Processors. When you make donations or payments via this Site, those transactions may be processed by third-party services (e.g. PayPal or credit card processors). Those services’ terms and fees apply.
3.2 Refunds. Donations are generally nonrefundable. If there is a dispute or error, contact us, and we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis.
3.3 No Professional Advice. Information provided on fundraising, classes, or financial assistance is for general informational purposes only and not intended as professional legal, financial, or counseling advice.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
