We offer financial assistance to community members in High Point, Jamestown, Archdale, and Trinity who are facing eviction from their home or apartment. The need must be an emergency within the current month of amount due. Apply for financial assistance online  or fill out a printed application. Call (336) 886-2327 extension 2 to schedule an appointment. During your visit, we kindly ask you bring the required documents along with the completed application.

Only applications with ALL completed documentation will be considered for review.

Forms must be completed IN FULL with supporting documentation. Failure to do so will result in a VOIDED APPLICATION.

Required documents

Proof of income: 

• SSI, Disability Award Letter

• Pay stub

• Copy of Bank Statement or verification of income 

• Copy of rental lease and W9-Tax ID form

• Copy of ALL EXPENSES that may apply to your consideration: Rent, Mortgage, Medical Bills, Medication, Cable, Phone, Loans, Car Payments, Etc.

Please allow up to two weeks for all Rental Applications to be processed. You will be informed if any additional information needs to be obtained.
